1963 Rolex Datejust (Ref. 1601) Non-Luminous Dial

The excellent case has been gently polished in the past and retains thick and symmetrical lugs that show light signs of use. The white gold fluted bezel is in superb condition, showing minimal signs of use and crisp angles. The original Rolex 6251H rolled-link Jubilee bracelet with 55 end pieces is stamped 2/ 63 and retains 22 links and will fit up to a 7 3/4 inch wrist. The bracelet exhibits normal stretch for its style and ag.
The non-luminous silver sunburst "pie-pan" dial is simply gorgeous, showing gentle aging and warmth that amplifies its vintage aesthetic with no damage present. The original non-luminous alpha hands are in excellent condition as well with mild oxidation present, which is expected for the age of the watch. The metallic date wheel is original with open 6's and 9's.
