The robust and potentially unpolished case retains very thick and symmetrical lugs that display crisp factory finishing and dimensions throughout with gentle signs of honest use. The stainless steel engine-turned bezel does remain unpolished and features crisp finishing and minimal signs of previous use. The case back retains its original factory finishing and dimensions. The watch will come supplied on a 2pc handmade leather strap.
The original non-luminous gilt dial is a genuine work of art and has achieved an exceptionally beautiful and vibrant tropical patina that is even throughout the dial. Given the patina the dial has achieved, subtle yet expected elements of age are present, but do nothing to detract from the overall presentation of the dial. The original solid steel hands feature gentle oxidation and are in excellent overall condition. The metallic date wheel is original with "closed" 6's and 9's which is correct for this era.
