We are straightforward throughout the entire process of purchasing, selling, and trading timepieces. Use of our website and any action with Craft & Tailored LLC. indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, which may be revised at any time. Please read these terms carefully.

Payments

Craft & Tailored accepts all major credit cards for all orders excluding vintage timepiece sales. Vintage timepiece purchase payments are to be made strictly via bank wire transfer only. Buyers are responsible for any wire/bank wire transfer fees. No items will be sent prior to the receiving of funds.

Condition Of Vintage Timepieces

Due to the nature of vintage timepieces, all watches are sold as is. We will accurately describe the current condition and working order of all watches we sell to the best of our ability. All parts on timepiece are deemed to be original to the unless stated in the description. Extended mechanical warranty of 1 year is only applicable if when stated in the original listing of the vintage timepiece. Extended warranty (when applicable) guarantees the accuracy of the movement and accurate time keeping starting from the date of initial sale. This warranty does not guarantee against misuse or accidental damage.


Shipping

Timepieces will be express shipped promptly upon funds clearing our bank account.  All watches are shipped fully insured for the full value of the specific piece. All shipments are sent via UPS overnight for domestic shipments and via UPS 2 day air for international shipments. In the case that packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only upon the approval and payment of the insurance claim. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs or duties due in the country of destination.


Vintage Timepiece Inspection Period

You will have a 3-day inspection period for your watch. If you are not satisfied, please communicate this back to us immediately via a phone call or email to obtain a refund authorization before shipping the watch back to our Los Angeles facility. Shipping is to be paid for by the buyer and must be sent via fully insured overnight or priority international delivery. The buyer agrees to assume any risks in shipping. No refund will be made after the 3-day inspection period ends.

Refund & Return Inspection Policy

We will conduct a thorough inspection of any returned item this includes watch straps and accessories. Provided the watch and or item sold is returned in the exact same condition, we will issue a full refund for the timepiece less shipping and insurance costs if applicable after the watch and or item is received back into our possession. The buyer assumes all risks in returning the item. International buyers assume additional risk due to restrictions on shipping Rolex and other high end watches to the U.S. from foreign countries and will be responsible for any taxed or customs fees potentially incurred.


International Buyers


International buyers assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due. The buyer takes all responsibility for shipping in the event of a customs issue or return. Payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars. 


Taxes


California buyers are subject to Los Angeles County and California State sales tax.


Privacy Policy
