1970s Superalfa Chronograph 'Valjoux Cal. 7734'

The '60s and '70s were a boom time for watches, which resulted in all kinds of brands coming out of the woodwork to take a piece of the action and offer something that just might stand out from the growing crowd.

Many of these brands no longer exist, which leaves us with a glut of very cool pieces that we know little about, like this Superalfa. It's a beautiful dual-register chronograph with a stout cushion-style case, a striking red rotating bezel and a couple of even brighter neon red hands. We may not know much about the history of the brand but we know they definitely crafted something that made a statement.

Plus, it'll give you something to nerd out about as you dig through the depths of the internet looking for all the info you can find.
