The strong case shows signs of a light past polishing and retains thick and even lugs that exhibit light signs of honest use. The stainless steel engine turned bezel is crisp and unpolished with minimal signs of use. The original Rolex rolled-link Jubilee bracelet with 55 end pieces retains 20 links that show some stretch but is in overall excellent condition for its age.
The silver sunburst "pie-pan" has an excellent vintage aesthetic and is in overall great condition and shows some light patina from age. The tritium lume plots have taken on a beautiful creamy patina and exhibit no degradation under U.V. light inspection. The original tritium hands match the dial perfectly and show no degradation when inspected under U.V. light. The silver date wheel shows closed 6's and 9's which is correct for the era.
The watch comes complete with its original box, which shows significant wear, original guarantee papers, Swimpruf hangtag, and cigarette card. The watch is functioning flawlessly, previous service history is unknown.
