1967 Tudor Submariner (Ref. 7928)

The Tudor Submariner Ref. 7928 was first introduced in 1960. The Ref. 7928 is like the little brother to the Rolex 5513/5512 references as they share a lot of the same exact parts and although different they do share a lot of similar design elements.  An interesting fact is that the Rolex Submariner and the Tudor Submariner were actually developed at the same time and launched just a few months apart from each other. The Tudor Submariner Ref 7928 is just as handsome as the big brother Rolex 5512/5513 references but again possess a unique charm and feeling that is uniquely Tudor!

This would make a great addition to a growing collection or be a great first piece as it retains the classic and timeless look of the Submariner while being unique and eye-catching!

DIAL & HANDS

The handsome glossy gilt finish on the dial is aging wonderfully. The lume plots have taken on an army green like coloration. Both the hour and minute hands exhibit lume degradation but remain original to the watch and match the patina of the lume plots perfectly.
