1968 Rolex Two-Tone Datejust (Ref. 1601) Gray "Non-Luminous" Dial

CASE & BRACELET
The excellent case features full and symmetrical lugs that show only minor evidence of being polished in the past and light wear from use. The 14K yellow gold fluted bezel retains crisp edges and features a subtle, yet attractive patina. The case back retains crisp finishing with nominal signs of use present. The watch comes supplied on a 2pc handmade leather strap.
DIAL & HANDS
The original and beautiful non-luminous "pie-pan" gray sunburst dial is in exceptional vintage condition, displaying only nominal elements of age and no damage. The yellow gold tritium hands are early OEM service units and remain in perfect condition. The metallic gold date wheel is original with "closed" 6's and 9's, which is correct for this era.
ACCESSORIES
None. The watch is keeping time, but the service history is unknown. A movement service can be purchased upon request.
