The excellent case retains thick and symmetrical lugs, appearing to only be gently polished in the past. The white gold fluted bezel is also in great condition, there is some small weld spots that are likely from the original owner. The Rolex rolled-link Jubilee bracelet with 55 end pieces retains 23 links that show normal stretch for the style and age of the bracelet and will fit up to a 8 inch wrist.
The original silver sunburst dial is in great overall condition, with no notable signs of age. The tritium lume plots have aged to a charming creamy yellow coloration and exhibit no degradation under U.V. light inspection. The original tritium hands match the dial perfectly with no degradation present under U.V. light inspection. The metallic date wheel is original with closed 6's and 9's which could be correct for this era.
