1970s Zodiac Super Sea Wolf (Ref. 722.936)
The Zodiac Sea Wolf was introduced to the world in 1953 (The same year as the Rolex Submariner) and was one of the first diving sport watches produced and marketed for the masses. The Super Sea Wolf was introduced in the early part of the 1970s as their more advanced and professional version of its predecessor with an improved depth rating of 750 meters.
Considered oversized at the time, the Super Sea Wolf now sits comfortably within today's sizing standards from men's wristwatches. With its large tonneau style case, high visibility dial and hands, and original bracelet, the Zodiac Super Sea Wolf checks all our boxes as an excellent "golden era" dive watch with a great retro aesthetic.
