CASE & BRACELET
The strong case has been lightly polished in the past and retains very thick and symmetrical lugs that show almost no signs of use. The stainless steel engine turned bezel is in excellent unpolished condition. The later Rolex 78350 Oyster bracelet with 557 B end pieces retains 12 links that show minimal stretch from use.
DIAL & HANDS
The blue mosaic dial is simply stunning and shows no major age or damage. The tritium lume plots have aged to a charming golden patina, under U.V. light inspection the 3 o'clock lume plot shows some degradation and remains intact, the rest of the lume plots exhibit no degradation whatsoever. The original tritium hands match the dial perfectly and display no degradation under U.V. light inspection. The metallic date wheel is original with open 6's and 9's.
