Tudor
1973 Tudor Princess Oysterdate (Ref. 7637/4) Silver Dial
The Rolex/Tudor relationship dates back to 1926, when Hans Wilsdorf, the founder of Rolex SA, acquired the Tudor company in an effort to create a more affordable alternative to the flagship Rolex name. Producing watches with similar likeness side by side, both Tudor and Rolex are revered for their quality in craftsmanship and brand integrity. Here we have, in this Prince Oysterdate, a perfect example of that relationship.
