Bulova
1977 Bulova Caravelle Worldtimer
The vintage Bulova obsession in the watch community is very real and here to stay! The unique and funky watches that Bulova made from the 60s-80s are always a cause for conversation. Ranging from colorful diving chronographs to eccentric electric watches like the famous Accutron.
In the early 60s, Bulova introduced Caravelle jeweled watches into the market to tremendous triumph and soon after, become the biggest selling jeweled watch on the American market. Designed to compete in price with other non-jeweled brands at the time, Caravelle was a smashing success. With numerous space-aged inspired designs, Caravelle proved their understanding of the modernist aesthetic takeover of the times.
This Caravelle hosts a particularly exciting world time black bezel, which rotates bi-directionally and features 22 different cities from across the globe, written in contrasting silver and orange font. A must for any world traveler!
