1991 Rolex Two-Tone Datejust (Ref. 16233) W/ Factory Diamond Champagne Dial

The Rolex Datejust ref. 16233 is a transitional reference as it features a tritium dial but features numerous upgrades such as a sapphire crystal and the Rolex Cal. 3135 movement which features a quick-set date function.

CASE & BRACELET
The thick and crisp case is in excellent overall condition and appears to have only been gently polished in the past showing gentle signs of use. The bottom right lug does show some more apparent wear. The unpolished 18K yellow gold bezel is in beautiful condition and has achieved a tasteful rosy/purple patina. The case back retains its original green Rolex inventory sticker. The original Rolex 62523 H18 two-tone Jubilee bracelet with 455B end piece continues the rosy/purple patina in the gold and retains 20 links that show light stretch and will fit up to a 7 1/2-inch wrist.
DIAL & HANDS
The original champagne dial featuring factory-set diamond markers is in flawless condition, showing no age or damage whatsoever. The tritium lume plots remain bright white in color and exhibit no degradation under U.V. light inspection. The original tritium hands match the dial and display no degradation under U.V. light inspection.
