Omega's Speedmaster is without question, one of the most important chronographs to come out of Switzerland. Not only is the Speedmaster esteemed historically, but the watch itself is an icon of design. Since the Omega Speedmaster's inception, we've seen many variations of the Speedmaster come to fruition, all carrying their own unique stylistic appearances and functionalities to cater to the diverse applications needed from the owners wearing them. 

With a robust and compact design, the Speedmaster Automatic ref. 175.0083 aka the Mark 40, is an undercover badass in the neo-vintage category of watches. Powered by the Omega cal. 1152 automatic movement, which features a quickset date function, as well as a fully functioning chronograph function. The white guilloche dial is a beautifully designed piece of horological art and though it is an intricate dial, it is also very legible, featuring red accents and bold Arabic markers.

CASE & BRACELET

The beautiful case is believed to remain unpolished and in exceptional condition, showing crisp factory brushing and angles with minimal signs of previous use. The original black tachymetre bezel is also is excellent condition, showing no fade and very light signs of previous use. The case retains its original Omega signed crown and pump pushers. The case back is adorned with the Omega Seahorse logo and is in wonderful condition, displaying the serial clearly to the naked eye. The Omega 1560 bracelet with 852 solid end pieces is in excellent condition, retaining 17 links with almost no stretch from use.

DIAL & HANDS

The stunning white guilloche dial is a work of art and is in factory flawless condition. The tritium lume Arabic numerals have aged to a vibrant custard yellow coloration and exhibit no degradation under U.V. light inspection. The original tritium hands retain a vibrant yellow patina as well and display no degradation under U.V. light inspection.
