*LNOS* 1970s Omega De Ville Gold-Filled "TV Case" (Ref. 156.0002) 'Cal. 684' W/ Box

The world of vintage Omega is remarkably diverse, with few manufacturers offering such a compelling range of designs across everything from racing chronographs and professional dive watches to elegant dress pieces.

Originally introduced in the early 1960s as a sub-line of the Seamaster, the De Ville quickly distinguished itself through its refined, dress-oriented aesthetic. Its success led Omega to establish it as an independent collection in 1967, where it became an ideal canvas for the brand’s increasingly adventurous approach to design.

This 1970s De Ville ref. 156.0002 perfectly captures that era with its gold-plated “TV” case, tonal gold dial, and date display at six o’clock. Powered by the automatic caliber 684, it remains in astonishing near-new-old-stock condition and is accompanied by its lightly worn original leather strap, Omega buckle, and period coffin-style box. A wonderfully preserved time capsule showcasing Omega at its grooviest.
