Tropical 1954 Omega Seamaster (Ref. 2802-4 SC)
The world of vintage Omega Seamasters is vast and filled with interesting and unique references. This ref. 2802-4 SC Omega Seamaster is powered by the Omega cal. 471 automatic winding movement and featured some very diverse dial variants during its production duration. This ref. 2802-4 SC in particular features one of the most impressive tropical dials we've seen to date, boasting robust orange and gold color hues that span the entire dial, making it one of a kind. Though this Omega Seamaster is at 33mm its packs a lot of wrist presence due to its unique character, and of course, style.

The previously polished case remains clean with almost no signs of use. The smooth stainless steel bezel is also in very nice condition. The crown is a later service replacement. The watch will come supplied on a 2pc handmade leather strap.
The dial has taken on a truly impressive deep orange and golden tropical patina that is consistent throughout the entire dial. The dial itself shows some light marks but they are unnoticeable due to the vibrant tropical patina. The gold markers and hands remain in wonderful condition and accent the dial patina nicely. The radium lume plots located at the end of each marker are present but show some consistent degradation under U.V. light inspection. The original radium hands match the dial, the minute hand is missing most or its lume, the hour hand shows light lume loss under U.V. light inspection.
None. The watch is keeping time and running perfectly, previous service history is unknown.
